This week in room 23 one of our must dos was draft writing, but we had to use some of the skills that we have learnt about writing.As you can see I have highlighted some of of my work, that is so that you can see if I have used metaphors, onomatopoeia etc. I.e personification is in green.During this process I thought trying to use metaphors, similes, onomatopoeia etc, was pretty hard, I am really happy with my work because I accomplished using figurative language.

I also like how you highlighted the words, so that we know we you have used them, to make it easier to identify! Next time maybe change some of the colours because I can't read your writing! ReplyDeleteThe best part about your work is how you made it a poem and I think that was a good idea to do that instead of and normal piece of writing. This reminds of the time I wrote a poem about dogs. What is your favourite part about your work. Perhaps next time you could try use a metorthor.
